Shipping/Handling Policy:

Shipping for all orders is $7.95, unless your request special shipping.  If you require special shipping, call our toll-free number for shipping charges.  You must call during our normal business hours, which are 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (Eastern Time).  Orders may be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail or FedEX. We ship to all 50 U.S. States.  We do not ship to U.S. Territories and FPO/APO addresses.  WE NO LONGER MAKE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy rights of all our customers. We will not give your information to third parties unless required by law. Information we obtain from you is used solely for the purpose of receiving, processing and delivering your order.

Return Policy:

All returns require prior approval by calling our Toll-Free Number: 1-800-407-5090. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns, unless the return of merchandise is due to a problem caused by Cardinal Woods.

Cookies:

We use "cookies" to keep track of your order while you are on our website. That is the only reason we use them. When you close your browser, the cookies are deleted and do not remain on your computer.
